Our goal is to
produce exceptionally beautiful Toy Fox Terriers
with excellent type, temperament and structure. We
accomplish this by conducting stringent health testing and
linebreeding our dogs to maintain consistent quality and type.
We do not sell puppies to mass breeders, kennels, pet
stores, wholesalers, or resellers. Our puppies, even our
show dogs, are only sold to homes where they will continue to
be a cherished member of the family. With few
exceptions, we require our new puppy owners to spay or neuter
their puppy within 120 days of purchase.
We breed on a very limited basis, which means an advance
reservation is generally required to obtain a Foxlore puppy.
Puppy placement is based on the order in which deposits are
received. As a rule, we determine puppy placement after
temperament testing has been done at 8 weeks to ensure our
families bring home the best puppy to match their individual
needs.
Our puppies are AKC registered,
given a Puppy Evaluation consisting of structural as well as
temperament testing, dewormed, and given their
initial vaccinations. The puppies are ready to go to their new homes around 9 weeks of age.
We encourage new
owners to pick their puppy up from our home
so they can meet our dogs and us! We also ship our puppies,
after they are ten weeks of age, to major airports in the
United States and Canada. We do not ship overseas as we
don't believe that is in the best interest of our puppy.
If you are an international buyer you will need to pick up
your puppy in person and carry him/her home onboard the
airline.
We provide the following with all Foxlore
TFT puppies:

If you are interested in being owned by a Foxlore TFT, please
fill out our
Questionnaire!
This information helps
us determine if a TFT is a good match for your home and also which
puppy would be the best match.
Once we have reviewed
your questionnaire and determined that a TFT is a good fit for your
home, a $200 deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
At that point you
will be placed on our waiting list in the order in which your
deposit was received.
This deposit is
non-refundable with the exception of us not being able to provide
you with a puppy within six months. In this event, you may
choose to receive a full refund or forward your deposit to our next
litter.
